One of Brazils' hottest prospects, at 10-0 and a member of the famous Zenedim fighting family, brother Rickson was kind enough to join us with his translator Yuri for an interview to discuss his career, future in the UFC and what it's like growing up in a fighting family, training together for years.  Shawn Wallace and Morgan Rhynes are both high level fighters out of the Maritimes who have been competing for a long time on the Canadian scene and have led the way for alot of other athletes.  Both of these guys are still main event quality and looking to make it to the next level, along with focusing on building future athletes and clubs!  Lots of hilarity here, great one!

Mr Stop the Violence and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet!  Local activist who has really taken on the role of stopping violence in the Halifax area and beyond.  Stemming from a tragedy involving a friend, he took to the streets and began marching, the rest is history!  A super person with an incredible message, be more like him, that's my message to you.   Christine Royal Fader also sat down to talk about being a female in a male dominated sport and how that is changing, and the positives that come with it.  Coaching kids and the importance of being a good role model and also competing at a very high level...really great one, enjoy!

Luke Little, fresh off his first amateur victory at FLA 1 gave us to us honest!  We spoke about fighting in his first fight, in his hometown and the pressures that come with that.  Fighting under the bright lights and representing tragedy for his whole club.  Boom Kelleher joined us to chat about his recent UFC win against Hunter Azure and fighting in front of no fans!  The experience behind the scenes and what we can expect out of him moving forward.  Oh, and good Canadian weed!  Enjoy

Acadia Philosophy professor, Marc Ramsay popped by to talk about COVID in the classroom and the philosophy of sports and what makes one more important than the other to fans.  Jeff Chan, one of Canada's biggest names in martial arts and easily one of the smartest athletes in Canada as he explains how he has built such a following online not only based on his truth and training but the consistency behind it.  As well, NHL legend and tough guy, Shayne Corson popped on to chat about life in the NHL, fighting and the stress that playing at a high level causes someone.  How to overcome it and be a better man, what an episode!  Enjoy folks!

Loved this episode!  So fortunate to have people like Dine Together At Home in our community!  A fantastic idea, put together by a group of people to raise money for Feed Nova Scotia.  Over 4200 meals sold in 5 weeks, with all money donated to charity, what an accomplishment and story!  Danny Patterson also joined us to chat about performance coaching and how to be the best version of yourself with motivation and hard work before two legends in the East Coast combat sports scene pop by to chat about the old days vs the new days and how important jiu jitsu has been for them and the men they are today.  Both of these individuals were big impacts on the local scene and also my jiu jitsu as well, big respect for them!  Enjoy

Adam Hunt, a superb young man who is moving to Ontario this fall to begin his dream of working in production and media arts!  This guy hosts his own show and is an all around gem of a human being at just 19 years of age, what a guy!  Matthew Jelly, professional trainer and Pad Holder for many UFC stars popped in to chat about Zhang Weili and what it is like working and training with her, before making his way back to Canada after Covid 19!  Finally, we were lucky enough to be joined by the ever classy Adam Burke MacDougall to discuss his recent loss at FLA and the set backs ahead of that fight.  Also, we spoke about his career and some of the things that he wants to correct moving forward and hopefully his next fight with FLA!
